Can I add a power of attorney to my account?

Yes, you can use the Power of Attorney Form to authorize another person to act on your behalf with respect to your Embark account.

If you have questions about the Power of Attorney, you should ask your lawyer or seek legal advice before completing the form.

A couple of things to note:

• The latest Power of Attorney will supersede any previous Power of Attorney for the account.
• You can remove a Power of Attorney by mailing the plan a letter from the grantor of the Power of Attorney instructing the plan to remove the Attorney in fact.
