Can I roll over money from a retirement account into an Embark account without a penalty?

No. This is not considered a rollover. There are different tax implications depending on the type of retirement account you wish to withdraw from. Consult with your tax advisor for more information.

There are two ways to change your account's investment choices: selling your portfolio and reinvesting in a new one, or redirecting contributions into a new portfolio type.
