How do I use the Savings Goal Calculator?

You can use Embark's interactive Savings Goal Calculator to set a personalized savings goal and track your progress — all in one convenient place.

With this new feature, you can:

• Define a savings goal tailored to your needs. You can adjust key details like school type, the age your beneficiary will enroll in school, and the expected rate of return.
• See potential account growth based on your contributions.
• Monitor your progress as you save.
• Get personalized recommendations to help you meet your goal.
• Adjust your contributions to close any gaps between your projected savings and your goal.

Log into your Embark account and look for the “Your Goal” tile in the upper right-hand corner of your account overview page. Click “Add a goal” to create a new one or “Manage” to update an existing goal.

In just a few simple steps, you’ll have a clear snapshot of your path toward your savings goal.
